What happens at my first appointment?
Your first appointment will be at least an hour-long session giving us plenty of time to discuss what the problem is, how it’s affecting you and what you want to achieve. We will ask you some questions about previous injuries, medical conditions, your lifestyle and complete a thorough objective examination to get to the root of your problem.
We’ll explain why you are experiencing your current pain and recommend the best treatment plan. Then we’ll get straight on with treatment to alleviate your symptoms/pain and advise you on the things you can to do to help yourself. Any stretches, strengthening or corrective exercises we prescribe will be tailored to your individual needs.
